The Paleo Diet is also known as the caveman diet, paleolithic diet, primal diet and fad diet.
It is based on eating the foods which a the early man would have eaten, such as meat, nuts, berries, fish,
vegetables, fruits, and tubers.
Excluded are foods that are the products of large-scale agriculture such as grains, bread, dairy products,
legumes (beans, peas, etc.), and processed sugar and salt.
